Training for Strength, Speed and Power
 
California Strength offers complete, balanced and effective strength and conditioning programs for athletes. Our programs are customized to an athlete’s Biological Age, Natural Ability and Specific Sports Requirements.

We use a combination of strength training strategies in our program that simultaneously develop Strength, Speed and Power in our athletes.
 
Strength: The maximal force that a muscle or group of muscles can generate
Speed: The maximum rate of motion a muscle or group of muscles can generate
Power: Work      or      Force x Distance
