Good nutrition is paramount for athletes to succeed at a high level. Knowledge about how to improve performance through nutrition is rarely enough. Just because you may know what to do doesn’t mean you’ll actually do it. That's why California Strength teaches you how to apply the knowledge about healthy eating for results that manifest themselves on the field or platform.
Weight Loss
California Strength has developed a program to best help people reach their weight loss goals. Nutritionists and Exercise Physiologists evaluate the beginning fitness level of each new client with appropriate tests to develop a personalized program. These tests may include VO2 max, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), % Body fat measurement.
Nutrition packages are designed to get clients the results they want faster and more efficiently than ever before. The nutrition services include nutrition educational material, body metric tracking (weight, body fat, muscle, BMI), and one-on-one counseling with a nutritionist via in person meetings and email/phone support.
Dietary Analysis and Group Sessions – California Strength professionals analyze your current diet and then create a plan specific to your needs.
